Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our practice. We will ask you to complete a patient form, or you can find it located in the New Patient Center of this website. This paperwork details your health history and information on your current complaint.
Consultation
Next, you will have a consultation with your chiropractor to discuss your health related problems and concerns. This initial visit is designed for us to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals. It may also help us to identify one or more of the causes for your symptoms.
Examination
After your consultation, your chiropractor will perform a complete chiropractic examination for which you may be asked to undress to your underwear ( ladies are offered a gown to wear). Standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well as specialist chiropractic testing. Nothing will be undertaken in our office without your consent.
X-Ray Studies
Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays. Our clinic has a state of the art digital X-ray facility which provides us with results in minutes. X-rays may help us to develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.
